Love Where You Live is run jointly by Leitrim County Council and Leitrim Public Participation Network (PPN) each year.
The aim of these awards is to publicly acknowledge the great work of communities and volunteers. Everyone in County Leitrim is invited to take part in these unique awards which celebrate the positive contribution that communities, schools and individuals make to our county.

The Love Where You Live 2025 Award Categories are :
- Social Inclusion (PPN sponsored section)
- Community Achievement (PPN sponsored section)
- Age Friendly Community
- Green Community
- Green Estate
For each category, there will be One Winner and One Runner Up per Municipal District.
Winners will receive a €500 prize and Runners Up will receive a €250 prize.
Deadline for entries is Monday 26th May at midnight.
All entries will receive 3 free tickets to The Love Where You Live Awards which will be held on Thursday 2nd October 2025.
Awards will be given in each Municipal District area in the following categories
